Mother of one child Aimee Sun maintains a healthy diet, eating lots of green vegetables and fruits, prioritizing white meat, limiting bad fats and avoiding eating a lot of salt to prevent edema.

In her forties, every time Aimee Sun stood in the same frame as her daughter, she was complimented that she was younger and more beautiful than her age, just like her daughter’s older sister.

“If there is red meat and white meat, I will choose white meat. If there is white meat and vegetables, I will choose vegetables,” Aimee said about her habit of prioritizing healthy dishes in her daily diet.

She also said she tries to limit foods containing fat and high sodium content: “I have to eat a balanced and light diet, otherwise I will easily suffer from edema and not be able to metabolize.”

Aimee also revealed that her favorite foods, often found in her diet, are avocados, eggs, and chicken breasts – all of which help keep you full for a long time and are beneficial for keeping your skin firm and your waist slim.

“I always like to eat avocado, eggs and chicken breast. Later, I especially like quinoa. It can be prepared in many ways and is very good for the body. I recommend eating quinoa with smoked salmon, mashed avocado , lemon and healthy spices like coarse salt will make you feel full when eating, helping your body stay healthy without making you fat,” Aimee shared.
