This 5-day meal plan is designed to help you lose weight quickly by significantly reducing your intake of starches, similar to the Keto diet, which encourages your body to burn more energy and excess fat.

The focus of this diet is on minimizing carbohydrates and lowering calorie consumption. During these 5 days, it’s essential to stay hydrated by drinking 2-3 liters of water daily and ensuring you get adequate rest.

Day 1: Start with 8 eggs spread out throughout the day for a protein-rich start.
